Q: What time is check-in and check-out?

Q: Can I have a late check-out?
An extended check out time may be available on request by contacting Reception. Additional charges may apply.
Q: Do you require a security bond upon check-in?
Credit card details are required on arrival. If no credit card is available, a $100.00 cash bond per guest is payable. The bond is refundable at checkout.
Q: Is there Internet or WiFi access available?
Rooms are outfitted with wired and wireless Internet access (fees apply).
Q: How often are the apartments serviced?
Housekeeping services are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Q: Is all linen provided?
Yes, all freshly cleaned linen is supplied.
You can also contact Reception if you need any extra blankets, pillows, towel, mini bar replenishment, toiletries, room servicing, luggage racks, flower vases or any other miscellaneous items.
